Captain Armour Set

Command the field in style with the Captain Armour Set, a full head-to-toe kit built for officers, leaders, and anyone playing a high-status character. Every piece carries the same epic design and matte blackened finish that defines the Captain range, crafted from high-density polyurea for the sharp, polished look of steel at a fraction of the weight. The set is rust-proof, dent-resistant, and entirely maintenance-free, so it stays parade-ready even after a long, muddy weekend. All pieces are designed to work together as a complete set, with full grain leather strapping throughout for a secure, adjustable fit.

Captain Armour Set consists of the following pieces:

• Light Kit Captain Cuirass covers the torso and serves as the centerpiece of the set, featuring the distinct imperial design that defines the Captain range while staying comfortable for extended wear

• Light Kit Captain Gorget protects the neck and upper chest with a standing collar that flares across the collarbones and upper back. It opens at one shoulder for easy fitting and laces along the lower edge for an adjustable fit

• Light Kit Captain Pauldrons is a pair of pauldrons that shield the shoulders and upper arms with a domed cop, flared collar plate, and articulated lower lames for full range of motion

• Light Kit Captain Arm Protection come as a pair and provide full coverage of the upper arm, elbow, and forearm, with an articulated elbow couter and pointed fan that turns blows away from the joint

• Light Kit Captain Belt Shields hang from the belt to guard the outer thigh with a heraldic shield profile, using leather loops for quick mounting and removal. This armor set includes two shields

• Light Kit Captain Leg Protection covers the thigh, knee, and shin, with a ridged, riveted knee plate and pointed fan that deflects blows from the joint. The Leg Protection is secured via a belt-mounted top strap and extra knee straps

Together, these pieces create a commanding, cohesive silhouette fit for officers and high-status characters who want to lead from the front, without the weight of real steel.

Fit, adjustment & care

Your armor is designed to be adjusted to your body, both through its strap system and, where needed, by reshaping the material itself. 

• Custom fit through heat-shaping: For a more personalized fit, the material can be gently reshaped using heat. Whenever possible, apply heat to the inside (back) of the piece rather than directly onto the painted exterior. This lets the material become flexible while protecting the finish.

• Finish:The base material underneath the painted surface is black, so over time, scratches and general wear may reveal this black color underneath.

• Easy touch-ups:Minor cosmetic damage, such as scuffs or scratches can be simply repaired at home using a primer and acrylic hobby paints (such as Army Painter or Citadel).

• Leather care:The leather straps should be maintained like any other full-grain leather product, with occasional conditioning to keep them supple and long-lasting.

• A living finish:Wear and patina are a natural part of your armor's lifecycle and can be expected with regular use, adding to the authentic, battle-worn character of the piece.
