If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs and are advised to retain proof of postage. Once the returned item passes inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card).

This seal features a birchwood handle with a mahogany finish and a brass fitting, complete with a lily-engraved brass plate that can be switched out as needed.

Enclosed within the set is a bar of red sealing wax, crafted from premium natural resins adhering to a traditional Italian formula, ensuring the finest quality.

To ensure a clean release from the wax, it is advised to moisten the seal with water and apply a touch of oil to it before use.

The versatile seal comes with the option to interchange with other brass designs featuring different codes: sl02 for a letter seal, sl04 for a half-letter seal, or sl05 for a logo seal.

The set is presented in an elegant box measuring 14 x 6 cm. The packaging is constructed from select paper and lined with black velvet for a touch of luxury.
