If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs and are advised to retain proof of postage. The helmet features an adjustable visor equipped with a secure locking mechanism, allowing for easy transition between full protection and comfort, depending on the needs of the wearer.
